Connie Phillips CIC, EBP, CIRMS

President

Connie Phillips Connie founded CPI in 1986, but her background in the insurance industry began as a teenager working in an agency in Southern Maryland. With over 40 years of experience in the field, her personal standards of honesty, integrity, respect, accountability and responsibility shape the core values at CPI. Connie is married to her best friend, Karl Brink.

Karl Brink

Vice-President, Office Manager, Client Services

Karl Brink Karl brings a wealth of experience to CPI, including 35 years in the field of engineering, so he knows what to look for when evaluating properties for insurance coverage. He’s been with CPI since 2000, and is married to Connie Phillips, the love of his life.

Breanna Earp

Administrative Assistant

Breanna joined Connie Phillips Insurance in 2017 as an administrative assistant. She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between CPI and others are positive and productive. She coordinates our social media and other online programs that increase our online presence. Breanna is currently attending college to pursue her desire to be involved in the medical field. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and her dog “Twinky”.

Jessica Gray

Business Development Executive

Jessica Gray Jessica earned her Property & Casualty license in 2008 and has been servicing our commercial department since 2009. She is excited to be working at CPI where she can put her account development knowledge and insurance experience to use for a locally established agency with a wonderful reputation. Jessica is very passionate about creating a positive experience for our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and training horses.

Wendy Mendez CPIA

Account Executive, Business, Hispanic Service

Wendy Mendez Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish, Wendy joined CPI in 2007 as a receptionist. She earned her Property & Casualty license and now serves as an account executive. Wendy and her husband have two children, and enjoy traveling to visit her family in El Salvador. She loves the friendly atmosphere at CPI and the opportunity to help clients with their insurance needs.

Rebecca Peacock CPIA

Account Executive, Commercial Insurance

Rebecca Peacock Rebecca is an account executive for Commercial Insurance (Property, Liability, Automobile, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Farm and Professional Liability). Rebecca has been in the insurance industry for 20 years and enjoys assisting clients with their insurance needs. She was born and raised in New Market, MD and now lives in Frederick, MD with her boyfriend, 3 sons, and 3 dogs. Rebecca enjoys spending much of her free time with her mother Linda going to concerts and going to the beach with the family.

Dianne Perrey

Account Assistant, Business

Dianne Perrey Dianne grew up in Poolesville, Maryland. She moved to Illinois, returned to Maryland in 1983, and then in 1995 moved to Florida. Five years later, she moved back to Maryland, settling in Boonsboro. Dianne is married with four children and 13 grandchildren. She loves reading, playing darts, and doing craft work. Her passion is her family and spending time with them. She brings over 16 years of insurance experience to CPI.

Amy Phillips CPIA

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Amy joined CPI in 2018 with over 20 years of professional experience in administrative roles. In 2022 she advanced into the senior leader role of CIO, providing ongoing strategic guidance, offering thought leadership, leading technology development and optimization, and providing other tailored services aligned to CPI’s needs. Amy is driven to continue learning and gaining knowledge in the insurance industry. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

Stacy Reb CISR

Account Executive, Personal

Stacy Reb Stacy has worked in the insurance industry since 1989. She joined CPI in 2008 and, as a “people person,” finds great satisfaction in working with her clients. In her free time, Stacy rides motorcycles and enjoys the outdoors. She also has a heart for the elderly and is a faithful volunteer at a local senior home. Her Southern accent is a mix of Mississippi and Louisiana.

Rose Robinson CPIA

Account Executive, Business, Habitational

Rose Robinson Rose received her Bachelors in Psychology, shortly after she fell in love with insurance. She joined CPI in 2019 and brings over 16 years of insurance experience. She is married with four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially traveling to Florida where her parents reside.

George Callan

Consultant

George Callan In the early 1990’s, George kept hearing recommendations for Connie Phillips Insurance. Dissatisfied with his own insurance agent, George visited CPI and was impressed by the level of personal care he received. Over three decades later, he now serves CPI as a part-time graphics designer, software trainer and marketing/website advisor.
