Connie founded CPI in 1986, but her background in the insurance industry began as a teenager working in an agency in Southern Maryland. With over 40 years of experience in the field, her personal standards of honesty, integrity, respect, accountability and responsibility shape the core values at CPI. Connie is married to her best friend, Karl Brink.
