Claims Center
We’re sorry if you’ve experienced an accident or need to file a claim. That’s exactly why you have insurance—to protect you when something unexpected happens. As your independent agent, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Should you file a claim?
If there’s even a slight chance someone was injured or property was damaged, you must file a claim. Not doing so could leave you unprotected if a lawsuit arises.
However, there are situations where not filing a claim might make sense: The damage is minor and costs less than your deductible. For example, if your deductible is $1,000 and the repair costs $800, filing a claim wouldn’t result in a payout—and could still affect your claims history
How to start your claim.
- Contact your insurance company directly to report the incident.
- Once the claim is filed, we’ll be notified and can assist you with the process.
